My first major success with Dianetics and Scientology came in 1976. Prior to that I had been diagnosed with an eye condition and was told that I would need glasses to read for the rest of my life. With some help in the Scientology Course Room and in Dianetics Counseling I handled my condition and have not worn glasses ever since. My wife and I use our communication training to improve relations between ourselves, our family and those who we deal with on a regular day-to-day basis. My life is very busy and productive with many, many friends and family - most of whom are not Scientologists. In that respect it is quite normal except I don't have many of the "normal problems".
